Due to differences in screen display, lighting during photography, slight color and visual differences may exist between product photos and actual goods. Product photos are for reference only. Minor visual discrepancies are normal and shall not be treated as product defects. We do not warrant that all website content is entirely error‑free.

All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Product prices do not include shipping fees, destination‑country customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

Goods ship from China. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions or peak holiday seasons. We are not liable for damages caused by shipping delays.

Risk of loss and title of goods transfer to you once items are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only for S925 silver, imitation pearl and simulated crystal jewelry.

Warranty does NOT cover: tarnish from skin chemistry, sweat, perfume, chemical contact, improper wear, accidental knocks, scratches, dropping, loose stones, normal wear and tear. Jewelry is delicate and requires proper daily care.

You shall provide accurate shipping address, billing details and contact information. Please double‑check item size and style before checkout. You are responsible for confirming your personal sizing requirements.
